Fixed-Type Switchgear
Fixed-type modules can distribute currents of up to 10,000 Amps. The structures are divided into sections, each with individual doors that provide direct access using handles. These fixed-type columns and modules are designed with breaker compartments, allowing circuit breakers to be mounted on horizontal plates.
Other switchgear components, such as contactors, thermal relays, variable speed controls, and starters, can also be mounted within the modules. A fixed-type MCC feeder column can accommodate up to 18 modules, each measuring 100mm in height. Additionally, there is an option for a 1000A or 2000A dropper busbar.
Benefits/Features
The M-Cube Sub Distribution Boards offer power distribution using MCCB and MCB with unique design features of the enclosure to ensure high performance and design versatility for a wide variety of customization options.

Optional Features
Optional Preventive Systems for Safer Switchgear Operations
Fuji SMBE offers optional preventive systems for its low voltage switchgear to enhance
safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
These systems help detect and mitigate electrical hazards before they lead to serious failures or accidents.
Arc Flash Protection System
- Detects the presence of an arc flash (using optical sensors, current sensors, or pressure sensors).
- Sends a trip signal to circuit breakers to isolate the fault in milliseconds.
- Reduces arc energy, protecting personnel and equipment.
Temperature Monitoring system
- Continuously monitors temperature in electrical components (busbars, cables, transformers, etc.).
- Identifies overheating before insulation failure or fire occurs.
- Can trigger alarms or shut down equipment if temperatures exceed safe limits.
Advantages of Preventive systems
- Arc Flash protection system
Prevents severe injuries, equipment damage, and downtime
- Temperature Monitoring system
Enables predictive maintenance, improving system reliability and reducing failures
- In Summary, adding optional preventive systems for the low voltage switchgear has the following benefits:
- Enhances safety
- Reduces downtime
- Fire prevention
- Improved equipment lifespan
